Support Information

If you are not used to Zoom, we encourage you to engage in one of the support sessions or find other ways to familiarize yourself with the online environment.

Support during the Conference:

On Monday the 21st from 9:00 AM (CEST) you can check your connection at the informal start. During the Conference you can contact us at the Technical Support Chat.

Each of the sessions will show you how you can make a recording in Zoom and how to make the presentation lively by switching between video and powerpoint or other media. See here the instructions for making and submitting your video at least one week before the conference.

In this Q&A session you can discuss how to make your workshop attractive in the Zoom environment. We will show you how to share your screen, use break-out groups, the whiteboard and polling functionality within a Zoom meeting.

Presenting in Zoom (paper session, symposium, poster session):

In this session we will show you how a session is set up and what the roles of the chair and technical moderator are. You can practice your role in a session: both in the chat and the Q&A session after your video.
